I know this is a sensitive issue and not one that can be brought up easily but I shall be bold in order to help any younger drivers out there. I have been on the road 34 years and what has worked for me is baby wipes and good old Prep H. I'll say no more.

I saw some monkey butt powder at a truck stop near shakey town once, but i was too shy to buy it.
tow614 Thanks this. -
I took out my seat and drive standing up; eliminated that hemorrhoid problem. That and stopped eating foods that bound me up.

The seat itself can be a victim here to. Good to scrub it once in awhile with either carpet shampoo or sprinkle a little baby powder on it from time to time. That way it wont permeate your clean clothes. Nothing worse than sitting next to someone when they lift there stinky rear to get out of the vehicle at a gas station and the plume of death rises up from the seat cushion and hits you like a ton of bricks.

Well OP it is a touchy subject. I use baby wipes everytime. Much better than just dry paper and I don't have any skidder marks when sweating in the hot sun. Hopefully that is enough prevention so I don't need preparation H.
