It is a blood pressure medicine, one you probably need to pass your DOT physical, not Heroin.
Of course it is ok. You disclose this when you fill out you "long form" for your physical, that is it. -
I take it and have had no questions on two physicals.

Thanks to all, im anxious to get this orientation over with, blood pressure is going up and down, stepped into doc's office, BP was 160/90 then 2 seconds later was down to 140/90........then back to 150/90, so they put me on Lisinopril, hope it helps..............

They can NOT get your medical record. I am not advocating anything here either way, but the HIPPA laws are very stringent. Without you releasing your medical records, in writing, to a specific person(s), how would they know.
Who are "they", that have this power to just get anything? Doesn't work that way. Now, you probably want to disclose the use of the BP meds, but only so, that in case of a wreck, when there is a reason for someone to dig, especially a wreck with fatalities, they will try to hang you. That's when it truly counts to have been honest.
There is NO WAY these fictional "they" can get your medical records during orientation.
