Is yeast the missing link to your unexplained health problems?

Yeasts are single cell fungi living organisms that are neither animal nor vegetable. They live on the surfaces of all living things, including fruits, vegetables, grains, and your body. They're a part of the "microflora" which contribute in various ways to the health of their host. Yeast itself is nutritious, and small amounts of yeast give bread its light taste.

My brother suffered from 'Leaky Gut', brought on by an over population of yeast colony in his gastrointestinal tract.
He was unable to digest red meat, it made him very ill. We had to take him to the hospital a few times. Always misdiagnosed and dismissed.

My brother is a CEO, he's very strong, fit, healthy, soccer player and coach, as well as active tri-atholon participant. For him to fall so ill, all of a sudden, no one could explain.

He travels the country for his company, he fell sick in BF Georgia, old hick town he said. The old doctor that saw him in his one room office diagnosed him immediately(Old School), thank God. He got him admitted to the local hospital and treated him via IV fluids w/ Nystatin, which kills yeast by the 1000's...

This wonderful 'hick' Dr. then ordered this Nystatin ####tail to be given as an injection by the Nalle Clinic in Charlotte, NC., for months.

My poor brother went through all of this and improved immediately. All of his symptoms cleared and went away.

He was able to resume the lifestyle that he loved so much.

He gave me the book, " The Yeast Connection", for my birthday that year. He wanted me to understand the simplicity and the importance of yeast.
As well as a proper balanced diet.

I wanted to share this important information.

You can get this book at the library as well.

Best to you All!!!

A lot of people have yeast problems because of their diet. Yeast just loves sugar and refined carbohydrates. It also flourishes in acid environments. That is precisely what a lot of peoples diets consist mainly of. Soda, Acid sugar. Refined flour is anything made with white flour. I like those kinds of food myself but I find that if I eat a lot of non sugar Yougert that all my yeast type problems will go away. I know I just should not eat those things that I shouldn't but.......

If your answer is "yes" to any question, circle the number in the right hand column. When you've completed the questionnaire, add up the points. Your score will help you determine the possibility (or probability) that your health problems are yeast related.
