I have always heard coffee and tea both are high in antioxidents and in reasonable amounts are ok for you?

As long as you do not exceed your daily allowance( two cups) you will be fine.. coffe itself is not that bad for you, it's when you start adding the entire cow that it gets bad for you.
People drink coffee for many reasons the main being to make them alert, that makes no sence to me. Yeah it will give you a FALSE SENSE OF ALERTNESS but when you hit the wall you will pay for it your body will pay for it. I have never been a coffee drinker and i have never had a problem makeing it through my day..

drink all the coffee you want............drink all the tea you want.............drink all the red bull you want............drink all the "Jolt" you want.................

eat all the pizza you want.............eat all the candy you want............eat all the sugar you want.............

these 'rocket scientists" will eventually come up with a "new" thing like, we're all going to die someday, so "EAT, DRINK, AND BE MERRY"............

moderation is supposed to be everything. i truely do believe that we can survive just nicely without any rocket scientist telling us how to live......

This is why I never made a good truck driver. I can't even stand the smell of coffee.

I drink a pot a day , then my arizona diet green tea, water and Diet Dr Pepper.........

Why do they need to know what you drink ? On the question part of the DOT ?

When You drink coffee every day You loose its taste,that's why i try to drink it only 2-3 times /month.Taste delicious!!!

Well I am 45 and been drinking coffee since I was 5. I avg at least 36 cups a day (3 pots) of strong, black coffee and most days more than that. I am still alive and kicking!
