Protein Drinks & OATMEAL/ Easy for U to prepare!

A Good Day 2 all...................

Local Gyms, GNC's and Walmarts(?)........sell Powder Protein Drinks.
1 scoop pf PP
1 scoop of OATMEAL
throw in some FRUIT if U want................
1- 2 cups of WATER.................
In a SHAKER, Mason Jar , Thermos , ect.....what ever is easiest to pack and clean.............and you are good to go in between meals.............

My friend/Sweetheart <Mr S>...............seems to have taken a liking to this mixture..............just drinks the pp and water.............( I call him my rugged Mountain Man)......................he is concerned about his health (weight) and his energy.............eating full meals, makes him sleepy........................

This mixture I am sharing with all of ya, takes care of your body if your not into eating a lot of food ...................because of all the time behind the wheel.............................

Have I mentioned:
Thanks for hauling goods, neccessities.
Please take care!!

ps: Remember "If you don't eat , you don't poop, you die"...................

Oatmeal right out of the container and forzen fruit (blackberries). Blend and drink...............but in your case on the road, less is best for U and your rig .................Sugarless canned fruit would probably work for ya, if ya want to try my receipe...............

I had to go back and look up "glutamine"...............and that is an essential protein..............but the shake should supply you with enough.
Glutamine is good for healing injury and illness............U ok?
Too much protein I have been told is not good for ya.........
The purpose for oatmeal, is Fiber (oatmeal) and Fruit is Carbs (sugar/dextrose).

Where the heck r my manners.......greeetings there scurvydog..........drink your pp shakes to good health and drive safe................

I really do wanna try this recipe, but Im not sure if I can "drink" oatmeal or fruit. However, I eat oatmeal like cold cereal and add fruit when i get it. Glutamine is a great protien building block for building muscle(speeds repair) or in my case repairing tendons.

It is right out of the cannister and uncooked and once it is in water w/fruit its like a smoothie almost and its chewy, kinda. It is just more convienent adding all 3 ingredients...........I got this receipe from a health nutrionist in my family....................!
It has replaced my favorite for yrs, peanut butter on wheat toast w/ apple juice......................now its 3 cups of strong straight coffee, my shake and 2 ounces of TNJ (tahitian noni juice from the Polynesian Islands and purchased in the US from Orem UT.................been drinking that since Oct of 2001....................

Its hard isn't to change a meal plan or add something different or utilize a usual in a Unusual way.........................I never liked tomato's as a pup, liked catsup and tomato soup............I really like a fresh slice of tomato's, now ................

Which tendons are you repairing................?

My knee is "okay". My achilles was torn and stress fractured my heel ripping part of the bone off. That was an over-time injury. I didnt hurt it once and it happened. From six years of seriously competitive soccer and then straight into the Marines. I have incredibly weak ankles as it is. Ive dislocated both ankles a couple times each. Everything is finally starting to heal up nicely after 2 years of doing nothing.

Thanks for the tip. I drink about 1+ gallons of water, juice, or green tea every day. I hardly ever drink soda.
