I wasn't advocating banning cigarettes and alcohol. I was commenting on your logic of making marijuana legal because it is safer, rather than making cigarettes and alcohol illegal because they are worse.

Just my twisted sense of dry humor.

New Severe Vomiting Syndrome Linked to Chronic Pot Use

Quote:
There’s mounting evidence that a new syndrome is directly related to chronic abuse of marijuana.
The severe vomiting sickness, called "cannabinoid hyperemesis," was first recognized in Australia in 2004.
U.S. researchers have uncovered a new case involving a 22-year-old man from Omaha, Neb, according to a study published in the March issue of the World Journal of Gastroenterology.
The latest findings were presented by Dr. Siva Sontineni and colleagues from the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb.
Symptoms include nausea, stomach pain and severe vomiting. Sufferers report the only way to get some relief is from taking a hot bath or shower.

Smoking weed and driving a truck???????-right up there with getting drunk and playing with guns!!!!!! Seriously the stuff stays in your bloodstream 30-60 days, sometimes longer. And there is no way to test the level of intoxication like alcohol. Got high 3 weeks ago,had an accident yesterday, you'll not only test positive but you'll also be at fault. Someone dies-you'll be doing time for sure! But as someone posted earlier-you do not hear of people getting violent after smoking it,unlike alcohol, which is legal. You ever see Billy Bad ### want to fight the whole room after getting drunk??? Maybe he should smoke weed instead!

Upset stomachs are the LEAST of the problems for weedheads.

Its been shown that marijuana can cause psychological problems because of how it interacts with neurons in the brain. And besides.. beer never goes out of style.
