so does anyone here believe that marijuana should be legalized?it should be because it has medical uses and can help disease.anyone believe otherwise

Doesn't matter if I want to drive trucks. I CAN'T legally drive a CMV if I have a prescription narcotic drug (MY prescription) in my blood.

I have smoked pot
I do not want people existing around me or my family who do
I use the word exist, because its more than just about being able to drive under the influence
We have gone into depth about this but studies have shown it leads to harder and harder drugs

It's bad enough driving with trucks governed under the speed limit why would anyone want to drive near trucks going 5MPH down the Interstate and sitting parked at green lights?

Marijuana should be legal. It is safer than cigarettes, and does far less social damage than alcohol. A test needs to be developed to determine if someone is currently under the influence.
