Lost 45lbs since Jan. Diets weren't working for me at all...then I went for my DOT and
bp was 150/120! I was told lose weight, bring down the bp...or lose the job. That was the best incentive. Got me a coleman cooler and now instead of buying bags of donuts I buy bags of carrots and salads. Feel great..its just costing me more money now to buy all new clothes! LOL
