Candied Cranberries with Brandy

You must try these candied cranberries baked in the oven and flavored with brandy. I'm not sure where the recipe originated, but my Grandmother used to make it for the holidays, primarily because it was so easy yet still impressive.
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh cranberries, picked over, washed, and patted dried
  • 2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) brandy
  • Additional white granulated sugar
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking pan with nonstick foil.

Let cool, then stir in the [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. . Sprinkle lightly with additional sugar and let dry.

Yield: 1 pound candied cranberries
