Candied Cranberries with Brandy You must try these candied cranberries baked in the oven and flavored with brandy. I'm not sure where the recipe originated, but my Grandmother used to make it for the holidays, primarily because it was so easy yet still impressive. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Ingredients: 1 pound fresh cranberries, picked over, washed, and patted dried 2 cups white granulated sugar 1/4 cup (2 ounces) brandy Additional white granulated sugar Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking pan with nonstick foil.
