| This was made from chickin's Trinity, with a few MINOR adjustments (I made the Trinity in my crockpot) One portion Trinity 1 pkg. Louisiana brand Jambalaya w/rice 1/3 package ground spicy sausage (brand of your choice) 1 small package Southwest Grilled Chicken Strips(it's pre-cooked) 1 small can fire-smoked green chiles 1 small can black beans 1 small ear of white corn, knifed off the cob Cook ground sausage in crock. When 1/2 done, add Trinity ingredients. Let Trinity and sausage slow cook @low for one hour, stirring occasionally. Add all other ingredients, including water from the instructions of the Jambalaya Rice mix. Let slow-cook for 1 hour on high, 3 hours on low. From this point, ENJOY!! Judi Kay
