Daily use of pain killers may be doing more harm than good

Taking pain relievers is not a bad thing but if you started with one pill and now you’re up to 10 pills to help with the pain it’s time to stop and take a look at what’s going on.

Nothing is more debilitating than lower back pain. Having aching knees at night when you’re trying to sleep or even trying to walk isn’t a picnic, either. Add a sore neck, elbow and shoulder pain to the list and you got one very uncomfortable trucker.

If you have any or all of these problems what is the first thing you do? You grab the aspirin or any of the pain relievers that suit your needs. Sometimes it has to be a prescription drug because the others just don’t seem to have the kick.
