As Jules would say in Pulp Fiction, "Correctamudo."

"In my opinion" the touchscreen on all of the 50 series should me made a little less sensitive, especially on the 550 which seems to be the most sensitive. It is not a "show-stopper" problem, but is irritating in a shaking truck enough to to be noted as an opportunity for improvement. The 750 and 450 are slightly less sensitive.

Sorry Don but I can't agree on the touch screen issues. For me it is a royal pain in the butt. It is virtually impossible to scroll down on any saved addresses or if the PCMiler gives you multiple choices.
Honestly if I had known of this before purchasing it, well suffice to say it would have influenced my decision.
If the 5 series is more sensitive then it isn't workable IMO. An earlier poster mentioned using his Quallcom stylus, I have tried using the PCM stylus, a blunt pen and my finger tip, none work. Simply put it is a design flaw and should be corrected. I would not purchase another PCMiler based on this alone.

I have the 450 that I purchased from Diesel Boss himself. Don't get me wrong as far the gps qualities, it works very well. Recalculates quickly and probably has a wack of features that I don't use. It is the over sensitive touch screen that I have issues with.

Wow $300 for the 750, that is a great price. Wondering where you purchased it and where di you manage to get coupons, sounds like a great deal.
I would be very interested in hearing your feedback on the overall performance and obviously the whole touch screen issue.

I would be but you are right about Diesel Boss's customer service, he and I spent several hours sorting out setup and software issues with my 450. CS was and isn't a complaint for me, it is the whole touch screen thing.
What I did with shipping was had it delivered to a US address and paid only $15 for shipping, although I did have to go and pick it up.

Well, you are correct about that shipping. OVERNIGHT to Canada would definitely not be $30. To know exactly what it would have been I would need your postal code.

And if you got a NEW 750 (not refurbished) with a one-year warranty and free overnight shipping to Canada for $300??? And you can get support from a human on the phone immediately?

Then yes, you got a screaming deal (and that company made zero dollars) on that sale. Lol.

As do we. And on a 450 it will be even harder because everything is smaller. It is not as pronounced on a 750 because things are bigger, but the alphabetical keyboard still drives me nuts too.

Kwantz - we are receiving emails here today from you stating that you are "losing money" every day waiting for a package that you "paid express shipping" for.

Are you sure that you are asking the right place? I thought that you got it elsewhere? We have no purchase records for this.

Diesel Boss, all things being equal, and money not an issue, which GPS would you purchase for yourself?

I presently have the PC Miler 540

    Thanks!
