I'm with Schneider and we use the MCP 200. We have the same box just different software.

During transit screens are generally "Blue" and only show my DOT clock, or how many messages I have in inbox.
Or on the Nav screen, it will only allow the "Follow Me" button to be used. However; during nav you can select what type of screen to view.

I heard yesterday that another driver had loaded a Linux OS onto a jump drive, plugged it into the USB and rebooted the system into Linux and overrode the performance monitoring so he could get his fuel bonus.
Dunno if there's any truth to that. It was second hand info from a trainer.

I use a pen all the time. I prefer the stylus, but I forget it's back there and the pen is usually already in my hand. But NO, don't use the writing part. Retract it first.
