2000-2500 Watt Power inverter?

    I looked in the INVERTER thread but its been about a month since a posting in there so I figured I would start a new thread...

    Looking for suggestions for a 2000 or 2500 watt power inverter...

    I'm considering a Wagan or Whistler or Thor at the moment.
    Trying to keep the unit cost UNDER $200, not including cables.

    Suggestions?

    if u r going 2 use a microwave on it get the 2500. I have 2000 and it's not always big enough

    I got the THOR TH-2000. Appears very well made.
    Runs 25% higher than rated with a surge of 4000 max.

    Just around $200 when all was said and done.
