I have the 4sight 4SK606 with the dual cameras in the one unit - one wide angle and one that is zoomed. Both cameras can be repositioned.
This thing is fantastic!
Think I bought it at a T/A for about $160 or so.
I just downloaded the video I had on to my netbook for the 1st time and the quality and clarity are fantastic. I haven't had one issue with this product.
I used a GoPro 3 Black before but found it too irritating to use as a dashcam since the video doesn't loop. Now I just use the GoPro for my motorcycle or for some wide angle pictures out on the road. I may just hook it up in the corner of my windshield and use it for video logs since I can remotely start and stop the video.
I had that Road Dawg dashcam with the screen that comes down from the bottom. Total junk. Had 3 of them within 5 days and every one of them I had problems with. Total garbage in my opinion.
Dash cams. What are you using?

See my post above.
My 4Sight has two cameras. The wide angle is good for picking up everything up front including my hood and blind spot mirrors so I can show someone that cuts in front of me as they come from behind. Also the 2nd camera in the unit is a zoom so it videos license plates up close and in detail.
There is an accessory you can buy for this unit as well, for extra $, that will record your GPS location and speed. -

It has about a 1 inch screen in the back. No problem seeing it. I have mine mounted squarely in the center of my windshield below my EZ Pass. The cool thing is that you can switch between what camera you are viewing on the screen whether you want to just see what the wide angle is taping, the zoom or split screen. Its rechargeable but the instructions say you can leave it plugged in without harm to the battery. I leave mine plugged in.
It has a button on the screen side facing you that is an "event" button. Say some idiot fails to merge and almost hits or hits your truck. You hit the event button and the camera automatically locks and saves that video going back 45 seconds before the event and also 45 seconds after the event. A minute and a half is now locked on it. It uses an upgradable micro SD card for memory. Comes with a 4 GB card I think. I upgraded to a 16 GB for about 7 hours if recording before it loops.
Plenty of settings too from video quality to g sensor sensitivity. I've used mine just to record cool #### like picking up down in the Springfield Underground to save for later.
Its easy to download video. Just pop the microSD card into the reader it comes with and pop it into your computer. It downloads the video and a cool video system. I'm picky as hell with the stuff I buy and I couldn't be happier with this. Its cheap insurance that may save your ### down the road. -
I should add to that whereby the RoadDawg I briefly had felt like cheap plastic, this one doesn't feel cheap at all.
