7" Rand McNally GPS: Does it include HAZMAT routes?

Yes... in your vehicle setup it asks if you have hazmat

 

There are different ways to alter your route settings

 

If you are referring to this, Icons are different than routing. Based upon your Haz-Mat type and what is in the Map DB, it will route you on a truck legal route. Be aware though, maps are not always 100% up to date.

Icons that show "no-trucks allowed, low bridges, hazmat, and no-hazmat roads"

 

What Mark said. The line you are referring to is saying ICONS or other deliminators showing Hazmat or other restrictions on the actual visual map around you. Not to be confused with whether the hazmat or other ROUTING is built into the route that it gives.

However, I see how that could confuse. So I updated the comparison chart saying "Hazmat Routing" to "Yes for Rand and Garmin because if you choose that in your profile, then they will indeed switch to Hazmat profiles.
