07 T660 overhead counsel removal??

You know is really hard to do it,first you have to take the driver holder bracket,it have 2 screw behind the rubber,then pop the dash board ,the wood cover look,be very gently or you might mess up the dash ,the cable coax run from outside mirror bracket to dash run up to the thing u hood to go down the truck,it will take u a least 2-3 hrs,I suggest do the simple way run cable and used tile wrap then once the wire is in tile the wire to holder and put in behind the visor that have small mirror and behind the cb bracket..the hard way u can't see the wire but it take time and patient,if u have them,it would look nicer,good look..

 

You shouldn't have to remove it. It's flexible enough to fish it behind. How do you plan on exiting the truck with the cable? Through the top of the door or at mirror height? Mirror height you can remove the side pillar trim.

 

Give 8-10 inches wire to open the doors.
