I've had nothing but trouble with my 4G JETPACK for over a week.It started a week ago from last Sat.I get online for 15 min at most, this website and my email.I go to the store come back check my data usage and it used up 2.873 gigabites. So I call tech support try this try that for over a week. They send me a replacement. Was online with tech support for over 2 hrs still didn't get it fif.She sent me another replacement just got that activated this morning with that tech lady.So far so good its not eating up my data usage.Thats pretty good when I have that techs home number if I have any more problems, lol.Im on the 5 g plan and it ate up almost 10 gigabites so she gave me 5 g's for free.I've been using mcdonalds wify and firehouse subs wify.Which I will use when I wanna watch videos or install my important updates.

I too use the JetPak but haven't had any technical problems. In fact I'm pretty happy with the service. My one and only complaint would be that they can't seem to figure out how to apply my payment with auto pay. Once a month, just like a clockwork, I have to call and fix it. They say they have the money but it's just sitting there NOT being applied. So, I would recommend forgoing the auto pay option.

I've had jetpack for 3 yrs now and never had an issue till now.But im hoping its fixed now.Its nicer having to deal with 1 tech rather then a different tech every time you call about the same problem. So now im keeping a eye on my data and if it jumps like before I send Norine a text and she'll call me back and help resolve the issue.I wouldn't trust auto pay with any business. My boyfriend pays my phone bill every month which Verizon charges $3.00 extra but at least the payment goes thru right away rather then taking days to process.

I used a jet pack as a repo driver, worked good in most of the Midlands and Upstate. Had a few "no service" issues but not many

strange, haven't had that issue before. Are you sure it didn't download anything large while you were inside?

I haven't had an issuse with mine yet either. But I have unlimited data plan on mine.
