    That's because ATT is being sued right now by the FTC and FCC for throttling all their unlimited data customers.

    verizon also added data. and they aren't being sued. yet anyways.

    i think it's because sprint has made great improvements to their coverage. and they stick to the word UNLIMITED. i have yet to see throttleing. and while it may not be 4g. they've got coverage everywhere verizon has it along the 80. both my phones either have service or they don't. together. there's no one or the other now.
