I like comedy, so for podcasts I like Smodcast and Marc Maron. There's also a newer podcast I've been listening to a lot when I'm on the road called Fundamentally Useless Radio, or F.U. Radio for short. It's pretty darn funny. You can get it on iTunes or download on their website. They do an hour a week, I think they've done a dozen or so. I can listen to one three or four times and laugh again because I miss stuff the first time. :D

I love podcasts! Lots of good information out there. Rates and lanes as mentioned before, trucking with authority is a good one. Freakonomics is a very funny one about the stranger parts of economics. I listen to the Dave Ramsey show podcast, that's 3 hours every day. Then there are some good music podcasts I like as well that come out weekly.

Podcasts and audiobooks are the best way to pass the time while driving. It sure beats Sirius XM that repeats the same music all the time. My audiobook library is now at 200 books. Audible offers a great deal with 2 books a month for $26.

Lots of great podcasts out there

Some of my favorites (in no particular order)

    - Snap Judgement
    - Dan Carlin's Hardcore History
    - Dan Carlin's Common Sense
    - Lore
    - Serial
    - RadioLab
    - This American Life
    - Slate's The Gist w/ Mike Pesca
    - Invisibilia

I also have an Audible subscription. I listen to a lot of audio books. They have a "Daily Deal" book everyday. It's randomly selected and they sell for $3 - $6. I've gotten a lot of good stuff on the Daily Deal that I probably would never have listened to otherwise.

8thnote, if you like Lore, check out Astonishing Legends. It is similar content, but episodes are longer and go into more depth. They only release new episodes every other week right now, but they research the hell out of their topics.

Thanks, I checked out a few of the older episodes. The one on Dyatlov Pass gave me goosebumps. That was just creepy. And the one on The Oak Island Money Pit was pretty interesting too.

One I have been listening to a long time is This Week in Tech. The host Leo Laporte also has a call in radio show on the weekends that used to be on SiriusXm. It's a very entertaining tech show with lots of information. If he veers into politics though I turn it off. Doesn't happen a lot.

Also a long time listener of Let My People Think.

Kevin Smith as Jay and Silent Bob get old.

iheartradio app, and wzzr talk radio is pretty #### good 24 hrs/day with replays. Love Docs Rich who is a dick until you get where he comes from, Lea- titallating ballsy chick, Glenn the butt of all jokes, and Dano the glie that bonds them.

Itunes U app on the phone. Sure you dozed off in class, and now wish you hadn't or could go to college. Listen in to what lectures uour friends at Yale or Harvard are doing. No book purchases are necessary, neither is the homework. The dean will not call you to his office.
