    Looking to power an led tv and an ps2 total Wattage is about
    200 would a 400 watt be good

    Should be. I ran a 30" flat screen / laptop with a 300 watt for a couple of years at my previous company. Still keep a 400 watt as a backup in case the big factory installed inverter I have now goes out. ran them off of it with no problems the week I spent in a loaner with no installed inverter.
