simplyred1962 Betty Boop, One Bodacious Babe!!!
We have 2 phones, and an air card through Sprint. Unlimited usage on all 3, and our bill is around 200-220 a month.
The air card initial cost was something like 300. As soon as our Sprint contract is up, we will be switching carriers.
Alot of areas where the air card gets very spotty service, or none at all, and MANY dropped calls on the phones.

Has sprint finally fixed the issue on I80 through half of Nebraska and into Wyoming? I know that there was no coverage when hubby had them a few years ago.

Sprint by far is better IMO. Never used Verizon, never had to. Sprint is affordable & reliable even out of the country. Only subscribe to a plan that offers UNLIMITED internet usage.
I had MCI years ago that was the only expensive nightmare in cellular I've experience with. -
EasyJett... how can you say "sprint by far is better" wen you have never used them? No offense but you have no basis for comparison (not trying to be rude)
-
he said he never used verizon.
i, too, have sprint as my cell phone and air card provider. i have the unlimited access deal for $59.99 a month. with my cell bill included, my bills are usually between $120-$155 a month. my phone gets a crapload of use, but i never go over my minutes.
about nebraska into wyoming, yeah, there's coverage in cheyenne and laramie. the signal is pretty #### strong, too, but it depends on where you park. if you're at the pilot in cheyenne, the signal should be topped out. laramie is a bit strange. now there's also coverage in all of the major cities in montana. -
I understand that pie, but his qoute was:
"Sprint by far is better IMO. Never used Verizon, never had to."
If we are comparing Verizon vs Sprint, how can he say one is better than the other, if he has never used one of the services being compared?
