tv antenna!?!?!?!?

this new switch over sucks!!! or is it my antenna that sucks!?!?!? cause ever since the switch i got a lot more chans, but if anything goes past my truck, a feather or a truck, i lose my chans, blue screen, and if its windy, just a slight wind and my truck rocks just a smidge, the screen gets all broken up, like a dvd skipping... what the hells going on, its tickin me off.. is it my tv? the antenna? the coax??

The answer is all of the above! Since the change over, the actual frequencies used by the stations have changed, and the older original antennas do not recieve this part of the spectrum as well. The new signals also in many areas are not as strong in output power, so they have less range. And the very nature of digital signals make it an all or none situation. No more getting a fuzzy or weak signal, you have it all or nothing.
I switched to a special digital antenna from Radio Shack, with an amplifier, that helped a little over the in roof factory antenna in the truck, now I am going to try and use an extendable pole to get it up over roof height when I am parked to get a clearer signal that doesn't get interrupted every time a truck passes in the truckstop.

i bought a new antenna a while, its the " rabbit " for the truck mirrior..
looks like V
i should go to radio shack and maybe purchase a better antenna..
