YA? Quick service you say?
I bought one of their units this month.
Routing me from Memphis TN to Chester SC with a stop in Jackson, TN.....
common sense would dictate you take I-40 east from Memphis to I-26 in NC into South Carolina....about 650 miles, right?
Not Cobra.
It routed me from Memphis east on US78 to Birmingham AL, then I-20 to Atlanta, then I-85 into NC, then I-77 to Chester SC. about 90 miles further. The closer I got to Nashville, the worse it got. At one point Cobra wanted me to back-track for an additional 250 miles and by the time I got to Nashville, Cobra wanted me (first) to run I-24 east to I-75 south to I-85 north THEN it changed to I-65 north to the BGPkwy east to I-64 east to I-77 south to Chester SC. It never comported fully to my TomTom non-trucking navigational device.
Last week I ran form Knoxville to Sparks NV and Cobra had be routed 400 extra miles out AND back, by the time I hit Quad-Cities, I had 499 miles left to my destination but Cobra had me routed DOUBLE miles or 988 miles total.
I emailled Cobra last wednesday and haven't heard back from them
This Cobra GPS is an expensive fish-weight.
