I work for local scrap yard in sullivan county n.y. I have a class a cdl clean as a whissle. So i asked my boss about getting some more money. Before we get into this ya need to know i make 12.00 an hour i run a 2006 mack granite roll-off truck, they have two. I feel i should be making around 15 to 17 hr for this type of work. Note: I did not tell my boss this just asked for a raise. He said " Be glad you are here!" so if anyone knows about a local driving position opening in sullivan county i would much like to know about it. Till then im stuck here as ya all know a man has to work........second part of this...i found out about a company hire drivers for heavy dump around 17 hr. I went there and was turned down because they bring junk to the scrap yard i work for and are afraid....lol This county's is a joke......
