Dac reports are not fair, why can they say anything they want but we can't . Trucking companies can say what ever they want an put a black mark on you but as drivers we have NO recourse. That has got to change These companies that write you up for log violations, not meeting their [so called lease purchase requirements] Saying you abandoned the truck. after you gave back too them according to policy, just to screw you. Well the list go's on an on. As for me I think we as drivers need a BAD COMPANY REPORT. [After all it's their word again't our's] It's not fair that their word is gospel. I think I will try an pull the trigger on these rippoffs. I.E. NEW RISING FENIX, MEDLIN TRANSPORT/ T-HAUL TRANSPORT/.Well the list goes on and on you fill in the blanks Fellow drivers lets get together. Lets see what can be done.
