What is the term "Repower" mean? and also when your trainee do you have to put up with the BS from trainer or do I keep my mouth shut and "Man up"

I don't know what "repower" means unless you explain where you got the word and what was the context of its use. I do know that you don't have to take BS from ANY trainer! You should 1st try to talk to him & let him know he is out-of-line. If that doesn't provide relief go over his head to his superior and tell them. I went through 2 trainers, 1st one I was able to resolve our differences with a talk. The 2nd one wasn't going to listen, he had an attitude all the time and constantly yelled. We almost went toe-to-toe. I went to his supervisor and said either he chills out or someone is gonna go off on him. Next day he refused to speak to me, but I didn't care, I was graduating that day. The moral to the story is: we are all human and we all have bad days but that is no excuse to vent your anger on the innocent. HE IS THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO MAN-UP!

a trainer should be a calm person not a hothead
