Sprint's lousy tech's are so helpful. The funny thing is that I called there "tech" staff and they had me to a hard reset.

1. Your phone will not re-register bouncing off a tower that isn't a Sprint tower.
2. I was playing around in my settings just like 20 minutes ago....there is a R-O-A-M-I-N-G. setting......Can everyone say...Ooooooh! It must be turned to the O-N position to work while in a roaming area! Your tech guys are so helpful.
3. Phone still useless but I do have bars, and worked awesome when I was in Louisville.

I'm more upset about not getting to talk to hubby tonight..........
