Short and sweet: Stay the #€££ away from the Dallas terminal unless it's an emergency. Everyone has an attitude, especially shop personnel, and especially especially shop management!!

I had three simple problems that they took a week and a day to fix and none of which required specially ordered parts or anything of the sort. It was an uphill battle the whole time. An entire week wasted at the shop!

My DM tried getting me a new truck but none were available at the terminal. He did get me a crazy amount of breakdown pay, which helped pay my bills for the week. Most certainly did not turn a profit though...

Now that I'm on the road again, I left with a heavy load of Ozarka water from east Texas to middle Mississippi. From there, I'm now headed to Orlando with a full-to-door load of foam cups. It's only 4,000 pounds though so I'm cruising easy. Total mileage for this week so far is 1,146 and it's only the third day of four in the week. If we can keep this up, I'm looking at about 2,200. That would be fantastic...
