US Xpress has training, but you need to know how to drive prior. But this company has terrible driver company relations and poor attitude.

Im going with werner. U.S. express prehired me but on our app. they had a clause about being team for six months. I realize I will be gone for 2 weeks at a time but I aint gonna drive team for no one. Once traing is done I am solo.
