truckers that take medications

can anyone tell me who i can contact about information on a company not getting me home when it is my time to be home and i told them i needed to get my medications that were waiting for me at home. i had to wait and contact my saftey department on monday after sitting since friday morning waiting for a trip home. it took saftey department to get them going to get me home. but i dont want to have to go through saftey every time this happens not to mention i could have gotten seriously ill. is there someone i can contact to file a complaint to besides my company.

I was worried about the same thing for the and got another prescription, filed it at Walgreens and can get pick them up at any one in the country. Sometimes it takes a little planning but not impossible. If you have a by mail setup give the plan a call and see if you can work something out.

Welcome to trucking industry, as you know we are nobody, we are not human, the company’s can and will do anything to keep us on the road, because we don’t stand and defend our self’s. I would like to see that day if it’ll comes, we’ll be all together and our life it’ll be better on the road and home too, Intel then, if you can find one company let you go home when you want let me know, in 12 years on the road and driving for 6 different company, steel asking my self, when I can go home, this week or ??????

Anyone out there had a stent placement and gone back to work as a trucker? On new med. Coreg and Effient. Do not feel sleepy or any other side effects andOff for medical for a while after?
