Truckers call loans a 'gimmick'

The Government is putting up billions of pounds of taxpayers cash to get banks lending to businesses again.
The money will be used as a guarantee for loans offered to small and medium-sized firms.
There'll be two smaller schemes offering help to companies in specific need. The government says the aim is to help firms which have a strong future but which need help in the economic downturn.
