Now that's funny! Since when did 10k become to much weight for a pickup.

Roadmedic you are correct... if you don't put 2k worth of aftermarket filtration on your truck it is junk.... needless to say I pay a lot closer attention to what you post then those idiots!!! I've always wanted to ask you what are you going to drive next when this current truck gets retired.... from what I read you are less than impressed with the 6.7's ??

Thought about that the last few weeks.

If I can get a million out of this one, then I will retire it, and use money saved from no payment to buy a new truck. Keep this one as a backup since I do not believe any of them to be good.

Thinking about a dodge, but I am also watching a guy at our company who is running the new Ford.

Looked under the hood of both and it scares me.

Tell me about it!! All looks foreign to me lol....

How many miles do you think you can get out of your current truck?

Also what other trucks have you owned sense you started pulling Rv's and how long did they last?

    Thinking well over a million.

Started in the business with a used 2002 Ford F 350 with 32,000 miles on it. Lost the motor mainly because of a chip, at 262,000 miles. While changing it out, discovered that the truck had not been a "local" owner as stated by the dealer. It had been a repo and abused to death after being a leased truck for a year.

Traded the truck off in June 2007 with 507,000 on it and thinking it would need an entire pumpkin for the rear and maybe a new engine in a short time. I had been running a chip on the second engine, but watching the gauges I added. The chip does bad things to the motor.

I liked the Ford for the ride but it was 2 wd and I thought 4 wd would be better for the canada running I was doing.

The dodge was bought sight unseen in Nebraska. It had 26 miles on it.

When you get a new truck again will you keep 4wd or go back to 2wd?
