Hey all, I am new here. I just bought an 06 Dodge DRW 2x4 6 speed. What quirks/MPG towing 8k lbs am I lookin at? What are your experiences these trucks?
Thank you in advance,

stock tire size? do you know the rear end ratio? depending on that, your speed, and the terrain it could be anywhere from 12-16 mpg. Really to many variables to give an accurate answer.

With a 6 speed manual it can only be 3:73 axle ratio, .79 ratio in 6th, 265/70/17 factory original tire size. Anything over 65mph will have it sucking fuel.

I have an '05 Dodge DRW 2x4 6 speed. I get from 10 to 13 mpg pulling a load. About 20 mpg unloaded on the interstate. Best mileage achieved at 1900 rpm. This is my experience, your mileage may vary.
