Help Please New Expediter

Your a team you guys should be mOving all the time and for idling as long as you don't care about bunuses it is perfectly fine

 

First of all what are you driving,T/T S/T van? Also to answer your question about sitting may I ask who do you drive for?In general there times you do sit in expedited but if its a Friday and you haven't got a load offer more likely yes you be sitting till Monday,also depends where your at.

 

Uh no...Not so true it depends who you drive for and where your located counts.If they are in a van then I can see why there sitting but there is times in expedited you sit,there been times where I sat 4 days waiting for a load,again it all depends on location.Also its the weekend and there not much moving at all,also if drive for Panther more likely they be sitting till Tuesday cause Mondays are slow for them and with my experience with Panther I sat a lot on Mondays,not all the time but most of the time.

 

I forgot tomorrow is MLK day so yea more likely nothing till Tuesday.Who are you lease to if you don't mine me asking?

 

Sure you have to idle to stay warm. Just where are you at, teams shouldn't sit much. But Jan. Can be slow. I just got load picking up at noon, so loads are picking up today. I have a friend with that company, and he seems happy with them. You got to learn your company and what areas to avoid, and that takes time.
