360, truckersedge, & dat are the same board. I use ITS the most and also truckersedge. CHR and Landstar broker are both good and cost nothing. Really it's worth it to pay for several and figure out what you like best then eliminate others. ITS always gets high marks from drivers here. They all mostly have the same loads with a few exceptions. Brokers are like carriers they have their favorites sometimes too but for the most part the loads on one are on all.

We use Internet Truckstop & Get Loaded... Internet truckstop is my personal favorite, but when it gets down to the nitty gritty & I can't find anything I can usually get on GetLoaded & find something..

Like you I am leased to a Company. I guess the difference is the company that I am leased to finds my loads. If you are leased to a company who makes you find your own loads what are they doing for their percent? AS for load boards I would have answered you but I have no idea. I would not have posted but you seemed upset that no one was answering you.

why rely one one company? When you check load boards you dramatically increase your odds of a local reload

I guess I am lucky, my company reloads me normally where I am or the load has DH built into it.
So do you carry your own ins and have your own authority on top of the company your are leased to or are you giving your company their percentage out of what you find for using theirs?

I hope that works out for you. I only started Hot Shotting last month after 19 years OTR as a O/O in a Class 8 truck. I bought my own trailer but have no desire to pay for my own Ins or use my Authority again. It is nice that when I take time off my account is not getting charged to days of Ins that I am not using This company takes 25% but I still stay in the $1.75 per mile range because they have agreements with local companies. Tomorrow I am taking a load of Plastic Pipe to SLC, I will get a room for the night and unload in the morning. I will reload across town with plastic pipe coming back to my home where I will spend the night before probably doing the same thing again. I will pocket close to $1600 After expenses for the round trip. I don't see a reason to seek extra loads. But everyone has different needs. I prefer making my money fast and being home. Some guys want to stay out longer. To each their own.
