Their posted jobs seem to be a mix of regular Wage jobs and some Independent Contractors. At a glance, it looks like Class Bs are regular employees while Cargo Van or Class C gets to do the contractor deal and lease their vehicle.
I did something like this once before for a company called Tri-State. I tried to get out of commercial driving, but I'm having a tough time in this economy still. I now live in Iron Mountain, MI in the U.P. close to the border and this company has a terminal nearby in Niagra, WI.
Leasing a vehicle and being a contractor always seems weird to me, but maybe it somehow works out after taxes?
As for the job, it sounds more regional and I should be home daily. I might have to run crap to Green Bay, WI.
Anyone familiar with Dunham Express?
