Google "Webasto", They likely have a solution for you for both heating and air conditioning. Call them.

I couldn't remember this for the heat. I did not know they had a/c yet.

Thanks, that was a big help. I did not know they made fuel buring heaters that small. Now, if I can just address the AC issue.

I don't know what could bedone about cooling other than IdleAire if available . I know cargo vans have used propane camping heaters. I tried one in my dually andwasn't happy with it . Google Espar heaters - good , but pricey .
