truckerdave1970, Not at all, you posted the problem, I took a guess at what might be wrong. Now for your company, Stop that truck, park it, call them, tell them this thing aint moving till the problem is fixed. I have done that before, They sent a truck out to fix the problem. Now your company, dont know how they will react to that, but with CSA 2010, It will go against you if you are in a Scale house, getting DOT.

make sure your front axle cap--rubber plug isnt plugged--just a paper clip works for that--allows air to escape so no pressurization
crawl under truck and have a ppek at front shoes--hopefully no dust cover-might be able to see some oil and muck on the top of the bottom shoe--if you can get an led small flexy light--it works best--try and peer at the seal area of the front axle--it can be donelook at bottom of seal for leakage----
if that lloks good try and reset your slack adjuster then get somebody to apply brakes while you watch and listen for air leaks or anything out of the normal

    truckerdave1970 and Wargames Thank this.

Back both front adjusters off and see it it goes away.
This way you will know if it is on the front or not.
It is possible that it is loose u bolts but you can usually hear that.

That's right on! Some back off and some don't self adjust either.

I had this happen a lot or times, and it is the opposite side that the rollers get dry and stick, preventing the brakes from apply at all. So if it pulls to the right hard, check the left brake and make sure the rollers are lubed.
