What? oh, really? You sure? LOL I just posted some info on another post regarding the Combined GVWR of 10,001 lbs.. doesnt that include the trailer?

You will be a commercial motor vehicle with your van pulling the trailer.

Right! Got that, everything the same as a class 7/8 except I won't NEED a CDL but, since I and wife already have one, we will just keep them current. Here's a question, and I may need to post it somewhere else. If so, please let me know. Where exactly do you get a cargo Van DOT inspected?

If you know a qualified mechanic the sticker and form are sold in most travel centers. If inspected in the following states an additional DOT inspection isn't required .
The following states currently have an inspection program that is comparable to, or as effective as, the federal requirements: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia. -

Thank you
