Alot of you drivers travel all through this great country, where is that little hotspot local diner you stop by every time you pass through? C'mon you know the little hole in the wall with the freindly service and the cheap eats.

I have two, both here in PA because im a local yokal but a man still has to eat.

Fat Jimmys BBQ off of rt.422 in new castle PA, they have an excellent breakfast and the service is top notch, oh and did i mention their breakfast special was 2.50?

Grandmas place rt. 422 in shelocta PA, they also have a good home cooked breakfast, service was fast and freindly and I can get out of their for under 7$ with a tip.

Sorry I only know breakfast joints, I usually stop real quick and grab a bite then im set for my whole day and ready to truck.

Sinclair, Wy, downtown on the old road. A little Mexican food diner (forget the name) with parking a half block west. Open weekends. Not sure about breakfast.

Pima, AZ, Taylor Freeze. Good burgers and shakes. On US 70 NW of Safford on way to Globe.

Snowville, UT. Park at the J, and walk on over to the Ranch House Diner. Get the house omelet. I call it the everything omelet cause it has a little bit of everything in it. And they give you homemade strawberry jam for your toast.

Not exactly a hole in the wall but the Flying-J in La Grande,Oregon on I-84 (Eastern,Oregon) has a good little restaurant.
Good food and reasonable prices, even many of the local folks eat there at the truck-stop.

Myakka City fried chicken in Myakka City, Fl on hwy 70, can't miss it as it sits right at the flashing light, there are no lights in this town, basically no people in this town but the few that live there know how to fry some chicken. I hauled sod out of south Florida for years and every time, I mean every time I was on 70 I would stop for their chicken, literally at 9 in the morning if that's the only time I was passing that day. I believe they open around 6am and start cooking shortly there after, it's one of those stores where they live above the store and it's family owned, I don't know if anyone can back up my claims but if you get down that way it's worth the stop, did I mention truck parking around back? Doesn't get better than that...........

Yeah you're right about that eagle one, I delivered a load of fertilizer over there and stayed the night there and had dinner, #### good and cheap. Also since moving here to PA I found the 7-11 truck stop on HWY519 in Eighty Four, PA has the best cheeseburgers I've ever tasted, awesome breakfast too.

    I'm staying mum.....

I have several, all have parking for 40 or more trucks. And rarely see more than 10 at any hour of the day. Even though they are located right off the interstate.

A man needs a nice place to park when he runs out of hours.
