It all boils down to CSA2010. I don't think people realize how important your score is. I see 20-30 times a day where someone hauls ### past me going 20-25 over the speed limit (in a construction zone), or on the cell phone, or just being careless while driving a truck. It's just a matter of time before CSA2010 has them out of a job. The bad part about a ticket used to be the money it costs, now, it's the points assessed, and not the money. Not to mention the countless trucks I see without a mudflap, or lights out. Pretrips and awareness is a must.

While technically this does not pertain to inspecting the truck and trailer itself, I personally would make sure that I comply with 49CFR392.9 and use the opportunity to conduct a general equipment inspection at those times.

try smaller local companys or even do dump truck till you get you record cleaned up! just a thought.

All the options have been covered by others already. Unfortunately, it looks like Onetruckpony is right. You're gonna have to basically start over with a smaller carrier until those tickets go away.
