OK dirvers here is my story I have been driving OTR & Local for about two years from 6/2006-12/2008 I came off the road for about 4 years and I had to turn in my CDL because of Swift Driving Academy Mess about 5 years ago now(long story) and now I am in a local PTDI certified truck driving school in Baltimore in get my A's back
However the end of last year went out with a bang for me I got three ticket is my car I should have fought them but I did not have the money for an attorney and had no drivers legal. Now I am looking to get hired when I get out of school in September but I have these tickets. What do you think I should do ? Maybe I can find a local O\O that needs a driver. I have experiences in Food service Multiple stops, Retail Delivery, VAN & Reefer

MD-No seat belt -FINE NO POINTS
    MD-No signal-Fine Points only 1
VA-15 or more over limit NO POINTS NOT RECKLESS DRIVING

AM I SCREWED OR IS THERE ANY OTR COMPANY THAT WILL GIVE ME A SHOT

The fifteen over is the nail in the coffin for you. Many companies look at that as Careless and Reckless even if you didn't get charged for it. The first two aren't a problem but that third one is.

yes, i remember the Swift debacle of years ago. many of the Swift drivers lost thier licenses, and frankly, i am glad they did.Not that i have any disrespect for the people who lost thier licenses mind you, but the way Swift thought they could get away with churning out so-called licensed drivers.

Illinois, NY also had many drivers lose thier licenses.

the seat belt and no turn signal, are not a really big deal.

the speeding is, as it has you a speed demon and unsafe driver.

doesn't matter no points or reckless driving, the trucking companies view the over all DMV record as a testament to your driving.

so to answer your question, you very well will not be getting a job as quickly as you think.

I got a job with a well respected company with a 19 over and a 14 over that were less than a year old.  Luckily for me I have a work history that show 3+ years at each job and I live in a really, really good place.  It can be done.
