Is this normal for TEAM DRIVING?

I started a team driving job and I'm wondering about some things! I will NOT DISCLOSE the o/o name or company I just want to know what others think.
KEEP IN MINE THIS WAS HIS TRUCK

1. Switching shifts WHILE DRIVING.....shift change WHILE DRIVING

2. Leaving the windows up and smoking all day, I was not allowed to roll then EVEN CRACK ONE to get some fresh air

3. Stopping to SHOWER at a nude bar CLUB RISQUE I found this strange and gross (2 spray bottles of disinfectant in shower)

4. ######## becuase I stopped less than 15 min for coffee (he spent over 4 hours in the titty bar)

5. Making me use his bunk....complete with HIS SHEETS, HIS DOG, HIS PORN MOVIES NEXT TO BED because all his stuff was on the other bunk

LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW AT THE TEXT HE SENT MY WIFE WHEN I LEFT MY PHONE IN THE FRONT HE TPYED "KNOW (now) send us a NUDE PIC.
HARD TO BE LOOKED AT AS PROFESSIONALS WITH GUYS LIKE THIS TO REPRESENTING US
There were other problems that I had with the TEAM ATMOSPHERE BUT these would be some the things that I had the biggest problems with.

Maybe this is normal I really dont know but if this is hiw it goes most of the time then I want none of it!

Might want to find somewhere else to drive. Thats no where near right. Its disgusting.

Are you for real?Sounds like you're just making all this up,lol.But to answer your question.None of the above is normal.

I did not make it up and actually I left a bunch of stuff out! Man I needed a job but i was i was afraid i was going to go to jail. after i lost it and started screaming at him he realized he would NO LONGER be able to run over me he didnt want to be a TEAM anymore .I told him there was just no way I could do it because i loved my children and wife and did not want to call home and ask them to bail me out for beating his#&$%

dude, unless you got a crappy dac, you can do way better then this. i don't even think cr england has the balls to demand working conditions like this from a driver.

I have nothing bad on my dac, I might start looking after the flight home but the oil fields are most likely in my future. Sadly i love to drive but ive got to get back to making some real money and after three years in trucking Ive started to get a real negative view of the indusrty, so after sailing through the air on the way home if I dont land with a better view then I'm going to hit the oil fields

Well then I suggest you look for somebody else to team with ASAP.This loser will not be pulling his weight driving.He's addicted to porn.Did'nt you see any signs of this when you got in his trk?I don't care how much I needed a job,my morals come first.

What reslly pissed me of the day before he said if you need a cash advance just tell me.........i should have taken it because as I got out today I said hey since we are splitting ways and i have to get hotel room and pay for a flight from Salt Lake to dallas why dont we square up.......

You guessed it he didnt think that was a good idea! But the day before it was no problem. The joke was the reason he flipped out was i stopped fkr coffee and didnt wake him up to drive SINCE THE TRUCK NEVER STOPS EXCEPT FOR FUEL .....but he REALLY NEEDED SLEEP and i was trying to be nice and let him actually sleep and is fing bs that i cannot stop to get coffee but he did NEED SLEEP and he acts like a child for it.

He dkd actually apoligze for some things up the windows were to stay up, no air , and he said he baths every week or so.....which was bs I didnt believe it
