I have had several level 3's and 1's in Minnesota as I often cross 2 scales twice a day with haz-mat loads.

I have never had a less than professional encounter with MN dot bears. Not once have I been asked about a TV, magazines etc.
    Excellent folks in my experience.

Their M.O. is to never just come out and start quizzing you. They start by asking if you'd like to participate in a survey. Once you give them the okay, they use your answers against you.

    It is.

It only starts out as a small drizzle, and you really don't notice it that much. (that's the innocent question... Would you help us out by participating in a short survey?)
Then comes the downpour that catches you off guard, and you really wish you had pulled in to that last rest area because now you can't even see the road.

The only thing I don't like about the WB94 scale is the location. WHY did they put the stupid thing in the middle of the climb up from the river.
