Those are the max and min temps and those are the extremes. I know it sounds like a lot, but after all of the equipment goes into that space there really isn't much air to cool or warm all all. The space may be 24 feet long but 2/3 of that is filled with equipment so really it is like cooling an eight foot box in the front of the trailer. It is to keep the stuff from freezing and the other stuff from overheating. The power requirment is why I am asking. I know I will need at least a 30KV unit. All the reefers I have looked at will only have 20KV generators on them. I am not saying that insulation is out of the question but it won't be a reefer trailer. That style of trailer just won't do the job. If it was easy to find something to do the job I wouldn't have asked here.

Below are some company's you may want to look at. They can help you with installing a generator box and generator.
I strongly recommend Bruce High Performance Transporters in Painesville, Ohio. They use generators from Martin Diesel in Defiance, Ohio. Jim the owner is a fantastic gentleman to deal with for service and repairs. And the rest of the crew at Martin Diesel are great, too.

And Featherlite was already mentioned.

Good luck.
