Can Swift find old criminal defered sentences in background check?

most company apps only ask for record younger than 10 years, I wouldnt worry about it, But id be honest, Lieing on your ap, just looks bad on you, they will think, If you lied about that? what else would he lie about?, Remember, they have to be able to trust you with round a 1/2 million dollars, truck, trailer and cargo, if this is your true record, and they where exsponged, you shouldnt have any problems, I had a friend ask me about this very same thing one time, he said ha had two pot possesion charges on his record years earlier and they where exsponged, so he called C.R. England and told them the very same thing he told me, they brought him to there school, then found out he had a very extenssive record, guess he thought they wouldnt see that

 

My friend tells me that companies go back only 10 years ,I have a clean driving record,no dui,or accidents.Now I have a conviction 2003 for voluntary manslaughter & attempt roberry,I paroled in 8/1/12.Will it pop up,anybody feel free to help on advise.

Yes, it will show up. Don't worry though, many companies will hire you.
If you don't have a cdl yet, the state might pay for school.

You will need an original birth certificate and original social security card that's not laminated.

I wouldn't list it, either, because EXPUNGED records technically do not exist. I had a record expunged for my crime in 1984, and it cannot be found: It's not on file with the Police Department. It's not on file with the County Offices, and the State Police Database does not have it.

Like one other poster in this thread, I worked for the Federal Government for seven years, got the highest clearance possible, accessed various sites within the United States, and my criminal background was never questioned.

So, I doubt the OP will have much to worry about regarding his (or her) expunged records.
