SC I-185 Toll road

Is I-185 toll road around bottom of Greenville from I-85 to I-385 a manned toll road. Are the toll booths manned by human beings. Or do I need correct change/bills?
Website shows tolls\rates and take cash or credit cards.
Just curious.
Was in Ca and used a toll road into Otay. Booth wasn't manned at night. Had to use credit card as I didn't have correct change.Then it didn't give a receipt.

I have Pike pass, ez pass, prepass Non of which are for SC. There website only mentions a pal pass.
Everybody has their own thing.

I gave it a whirl.
Booths are manned, but the do a plate pay by mail. Lady wouldn't take my money, said I was on the list.

 

Wish there was a delete post button.
