the o/p could have a case of optilitis, that's where the nerves in your eyes and your rectum grow together, the result is a crappy outlook on life

Exercise, exercise, exercise, and a good diet are the best things you can do. Don't get in your car and drive when you feel like this at home. Put on some jogging shoes and start running until you can't anymore. I promise you after you do that, when you get back to your house, you will want to lay around and do nothing.
I have had a lot of sleeplessness and weird dreams from not eating right. Your body needs fuel to work right. Take that fuel away and it can really mess you up.
I do agree that you are right. Stay far away from the doctors and the meds they will try to give you. That is definitely not what you need. And can really mess you up worse. Although a good doctor will probably tell you diet and exercise. You need to start working toward making your body healthy.
I understand where you are coming from and kinda think it's wrong for people to be calling you crazy. This is a serious issue because you are driving a truck. Poor diet and lack of exercise can have effects on you like drugs. Everyone on here should be pushing him toward a healthy diet. I know that's hard to do for truck drivers. Lol.
What kind of job did you do before trucking? It may also be possible that he was working a job before where he got a lot of exercise. Now that he is trucking he is sitting in a truck all day and it's basically making him like a caged animal. Then add in no food and that's where the dreams and crazy hallucination stuff comes into play.
I 100% believe this guy. I've had some of these same issues due to high stress and lack of food. We need food to survive . Eat a healthy diet, exercise and take a good multi vitamin to cover any nutrients that your body might not be getting.
I bet if you do this, a few weeks from now you will be fine.redryan Thanks this. -
You also need other things than trucking to think about. A few years back got a new high stress job working 12 hours 7 days a week as a boilermaker in oil refineries. Since I was working so much and it was all new to me I was stressed out. At night I would wake up sitting on the end of my bed doing hand signals for the crane. Sometimes when you are stressed it's hard to get your brain to shut down.
Maybe take a day every once in a while when you get near something interesting and rent a car and take a mini vacation. Give your mind something else to think about.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
you may need a psych medication (mood stabilizer) to help you even out, have less anxiety
