Definitly a hand wash, around here a hand wash is done for about $35 and it takes 3 guys almost 45minutes to complete. A full detail which takes almost 3 days to complete for $650(inside and out, leaves the aluminum and chrome with a mirror finish.) Dont use brighteners on the polished trucks.

thank you sir for your imput

Your business model should be based on quality and not quantity. The large chains have the quantity thing sewed up.
I personally, as a fleet owner, would much rather pay more for a good quality hand wash than pay $37 at the big chain for a piss poor job. The fact is when I bring in a new driver, he only turns in a Blue Beacon reciept once. I explain to him/her that that is the one and only time I will ever reimburse for a BB reciept. We would rather pay twice as much at a small CA based chain for a top notch job.(thats just one example)
Good luck with your startup. -
Good quality but quick service.
